Ingredients:

puff pastry
Apple
cinnamon
sugar
lemon
1 egg

Apple fritters

Thaw puff pastry. Preheat oven to 175 ° C top / bottom heat.
Peel and core the apples. Cut into small pieces, then mix with sugar and cinnamon. Add the lemon juice.
Fill the puff pastry with the compote and press the edges with a fork. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Bake for 20 minutes at 175 ° C.
