Pesto of horseradish & parsley


Lightly roast pignoli and almonds. rub horseradish & Parmesan. Chop parsley leaves. Mix horseradish, parmesan, pignoli, almonds and parsley with oil and a little honey. Add pepper and salt.
Variation; Add Basil instead of parsley and add garlic instead of horseradish
